Terms and Conditions Shipping All items are usually dispatched within ONE working day. For overseas orders, please contact us first. We will ship worldwide as long as you are prepared to pay the shipping costs to your country. Please note that any additional Customs Charges that may be charged by your Country are your own responsibility. Returns Policy Goods must be returned to us in "as new condition" in the original packaging and MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt. To enable us to process your order quickly, please call beforehand quoting your order number, telling us exactly why you are returning your goods. Products must be UNUSED or trial fitted as we will not be able to sell these items on as new. You will need to state whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. We will NOT refund your postage costs unless we sent out items incorrectly. PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account. Due to PayPal's policy of not refunding fees, any refunds due to cancellations will exclude any fees paid. Credit / Debit cards will be refunded to the same account. Due to new banking policies, fees we incur are not refunded. Returned goods are subjected to a 4% restocking fee. |
